1. INFORMATION TO THE USER

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

GRUPO DEIDEV S. COOP. AND is the RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs them that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3 / 2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the treatment are:

Sending commercial communications through the application that enables communication with the User. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached an agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
Carry out market research and statistical analysis.
Process orders, requests, respond to inquiries or any type of request that is made by the USER through any of the contact forms that are made available on the website of the CONTROLLER.
Send information online, about news, offers and promotions in our activity.
The sensitive personal data of the USER is obtained solely and exclusively to perform the mobile device protection service, and offer technical service.

The types of data that the CONTROLLER will treat:

– User data. SecureKids collects personal data such as primary and secondary email, phone number and other information when registering the device in the system. We also collect the device ID and the registered accounts of the device. This allows us to identify your account and your device, as well as to facilitate some validation and activation procedures for the device. In addition, this personal information from users is collected to be able to carry out communications necessary for the service such as emails and notifications. We also get photos from the device to create a user profile (this action is not mandatory and depends on the user). We send this data to our webservice balancea.securekids.es using secure protocols.
– Data on USER devices. The internal data of the devices is obtained to be able to offer a better service depending on the type of devices and the versions of Android that is operating in the application.
– USER browsing data. The web browsing is collected to be able to apply the web control functionalities, using white lists or content filters.
– USER location data. Location data is collected, in real time and continuously, on the device for remote location functionality and the emergency button.
Calendar data of the USER’s mobile device. The phonebook of the device is obtained for the functionalities of call control, blocking unknown numbers and blocking international calls.
– USER’s mobile application data. Data is collected from the applications installed on the device, as well as the usage times that are carried out in each one of them. This is required for app lock, airtime lock, break, and statistics capabilities.

– Payment data. Using our payment provider (STRIPE) we pick up some payment data from the client to manage their premium accounts at our service.

For what reason can we process your personal data?

Because the treatment is legitimized by article 6 of the GDPR in the following way:

With the consent of the USER: referral of commercial communications and correct use of the SecureKids application.
For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: carry out market studies, statistical analysis, etc. and process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.

Statement on privacy and data processing

The data will be treated securely by the CONTROLLER, maintaining current legislation in addition to protecting the information with the appropriate technical and organizational measures.

All data of sensitive USERS or people is processed securely and transmitted using the encrypted HTTPS protocol.

No type of sale or commercialization of personal data will be made.

Personal data is obtained solely and exclusively to perform the service of protection of mobile devices, and offer technical service.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the end of the treatment or there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this, they will be supplied with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.

Who do we provide your personal data to?

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the treatment, to our providers of services related to communications, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and manager of treatment required by current privacy regulations.

The application communicates with several of its own servers, necessary to use the SecureKids service.

panel.securekids.es. This portal is used for the configuration of the devices by the users.
balancea.securekids.es. Web server with which the devices communicate to obtain and update their configuration. They receive the data defined above to be able to perform the SecureKids parental control service.
webcontrol.securekids.es. Microservice that receives information from web browsing on devices for categorization and detection of inappropriate content.

In the same way, the application needs the use of third-party services:

The rights that assist the USER are:

Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its treatment.

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data They are necessary to meet your request, by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, since they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that not all the data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the treatment of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that he has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
