How to block calls with SecureKids 18/02/2016
Now we are going to explain another feature of SecureKids. Now you know how to make a web control and apps control, so it’s time to go into more detail of how to block calls SecureKids.
LET US START!
To block calls correctly, the first thing you do is click on the Call’s menu.
A central box will appear with the phonebook of your child. Basically it is the agenda of child alphabetized. Next to each person and number, a small green bar will appear. If you click on the button, it switches to gray. What is the difference? If this bar is green, the control is disabled; if the bar is gray, call control is activated. Therefore, you must remember the following:
- Green bar: Call control to this contact unlocked. It can be used.
- Gray bar: Call control activated. Can not call or receive calls from this contact.
In this menu are displayed various tools that you can use. First thing you need know is that there search icon above the phonebook, which, of course, allows you to search the phonebook a phone number or specific person. Next to this box another appears on the right side of the screen, where two categories, unknown calls, and international calls appears.
This new box specifically used to block such calls: external and international. If you click on the bar below unknown calls, blocking external calls, ie, numbers that are not registered in the phonebook is activated. Same operation has to be made for international calls, which, in this case, sliding the button bar incoming calls from abroad are blocked. Anyway international numbers registered on the phonebook may be allowed individually, taking even enabled international control. Therefore, again remember that:
- Grey bar: Control of unknown calls and/or international OFF. Can receive calls.
- Green bar: Control of unknown and/or international calls ACTIVATED. Can not receive calls.
